Bonnefontaine contemporary house
This contemporary new build offers a spacious open plan living area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms all on one level, making it wheelchair friendly. With its timber frame, the house is highly insulated, energy conscious, with a low carbon footprint.
The house is located in village of Barenton, a lovely village with lots of amenities, including a supermarket, pharmacy, boulangerie, tabac, and bar.
The gite is 300m from the town centre , a nice stroll through the parc, past the beautiful Château Bonnefontaine (where events are held regularly through the summer).
The medieval town Domfront 15km host the annual Medieval festival during August is a must visit.
The historic town of Mortain is less than 10km away , it’s beautiful cascade walks and open air swimming pool make any holiday complete.
Saint Hiliaire du Harcouet is 20km with its fabulous Wednesday market is perfect for shopping for regional specialties.
Mont Saint Michel the jewel in Normandy’s crown is less than an hour away.
